Role of SS in Sugar Industry to combat Corrosion

The use of Stainless Steel in Sugar brings with it a number of benefits which include: Long maintenance Free life of equipment, Cost savings due to lighter equipment design, Lower breakdowns resulting in high plant productivity, etc. These issues as well as recommendation of Stainless Steel grades is discussed in detail in the paper.
